What skills and experience we're looking for

The Willink School is looking to appoint a capable, well-organised and pro-active Family Support Worker to contribute to the improvement in outcomes for our students.

The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school with a strong international ethos, listed in the top ten non-selective schools in Berkshire in 2019. The school has 1250 students on roll including 220 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.
