What skills and experience we're looking for

We wish to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed Family Support Worker. This position is to commence as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with pupils and parents/carers, together with experience of working with multi agencies to support the needs of the individual or group of pupils.

The successful candidate will also have knowledge and understanding of how to remove barriers to learning and improve attendance and also be an effective role model for pupils by demonstrating positive values, attitudes and behaviour expected from pupils.

Candidates should be suitably qualified and experienced and be able to meet the criteria detailed on the person specification.
