We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Family Support Worker to lead on improving attendance, provide well being support and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our pupils and their families. This role will lead on improving attendance by working closely with families, understanding barriers, and building trust that leads to lasting change and will act as a key link between home and school, ensuring every family feels heard and supported. It offers the opportunity to shape and develop a new role, work within a supportive forward thinking team and make a visible lasting difference in our school community.
