Family Support Worker job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or aspiring Family Support Worker to join our team of passionate and energetic staff at Chelveston Road School to support high quality teaching and learning across the school.
Chelveston Road School is an exceptional secondary school for students with special educational needs and is part of the Better Together Learning Trust.

Demonstrate their ability to work both as a member of a team and individually.
Can demonstrate an awareness of the needs of our students.
Has a good level of education with appropriate literacy and numeracy skills.
Possess good communication skills both verbally and written.
A positive attitude and drive are also very important to us. You will be confident in working with a variety of stakeholders. Key attributes for this role are reliability, flexibility and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will also be trained to be a Designated Safeguarding Lead.
