The Ridgeway is a nurturing and friendly school situated within a diverse community in South Reading, with enthusiastic, happy pupils who enjoy learning and a committed and highly motivated team.
We are looking for a pro-active, motivated individual with experience of working in partnership with children, families and professionals, to deliver a wide range of services which support their needs.
In order to support this position and to secure excellent outcomes for our pupils, we can offer ongoing training and professional development.
We are looking for a professional who:
1. Is able to build good relationships with pupils and their families;
2. Is able to liaise effectively with multi-agency professionals within the authority;
3. Has excellent inter-personal skills;
4. Has an outgoing personality
