Federation Executive Principal job summary
Be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the three Academies supported by the three Heads of School and an Executive Leadership team.
Be part of CMAT's Executive Leadership Team across both the Essex and Bedfordshire regional clusters within the MAT working directly with the Chief Executive and Senior Officers within the Trust.
Receive professional development through the NPQEL programme.
Be supported by an Executive Board of Governors, Local Governing Bodies and the Trustees of CMAT.
Help to lead the Challenge Partners Hub and CMAT's Leadership, Learning and Teaching Commission.
Be supported by the Regional Cluster team for Finance, HR, ICT, Estates and Facilities, as well as the Central Finance and Operations team of the Trust.
