Finance & Admin Assistant job summary

Broadmead Primary School are looking to recruit a Finance and Admin Assistant to join their front office team at our lovely school. This role is working 4 days per week between 08.00-16.00, required days to be agreed with the hiring manager. This role is 40 weeks per year which is term time only, plus INSET days and 1 additional week.

Main objectives of the post

  • To provide finance and administrative support to the School Business Manager.
  • To provide a reception service for all callers to the school.
  • To provide general administrative support.
  • Specific responsibilities include creation and maintenance of accurate and confidential records.
