Carlton le Willows are looking to appoint a Finance Administrator to join our academy in April 2026 on a part time, permanent basis.
Your new role
As the Finance Administrator, you will work under the direction of the Finance Officer/Manager by providing financial information, ensuring the academy’s financial management is robustand procedures are adhered to.

Results
With a consistent record of high academic attainment, Carlton le Willows remains one of the top performing schools in the area, achieving the best ever results in the school's history this summer.Results for 2025 saw 85% of students achieve a Grade 4 or above in English and Maths, compared with a 65% national average. In total 69% of students secured a strong pass of a Grade 5 or above in those two core subjects, far exceeding the national average of 46% and meaningwe are placed well above similar schools nationally.
A level students in our high performing sixth form also celebrated strong results withmore than 91% of the cohort securing a place at their first choice university, retaining our reputation for academic excellence post 16.
