Finance and Admin Support Officer job summary
Spring Meadow Primary School is seeking a passionate and motivated Finance and Admin Support Officer to join our front office team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our busy school office and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day financial administration of the school
- Process orders, invoices and payments in line with school procedures
- Assist with budget monitoring and financial record keeping
- Provide general administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the school office
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience of financial administration (school experience desirable but not essential)
- Is confident using financial and office IT systems
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Works accurately and efficiently
- Understands the importance of confidentiality within a school setting
- Is able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of PSF is desirable but not essential
