Finance Assistant (part-time)
Location: Central Trust Office - James Elliman Academy, Slough
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working weeks: term time only - 38 weeks
Salary: £16,186 - £17,214
Grade: 4
Contract: Fixed Term - End Date 31st December 2026
The Park Federation Academy Trust is a community-focused Multi-Academy Trust, comprising of ten academies across Hillingdon and Slough, supporting 6,000 pupils and employing over 850 staff.
The Central Trust team are looking for an experienced Finance administrator who can communicate at all levels and have a very keen eye for detail.
The primary focus of the role is procurement and accounts payable
Raising purchase orders
Processing purchase invoices
Supporting budget holders with financial issues

The ideal candidate will have prior Administration experience and be proficient in MS applications. Previous exposure to the Education sector and a level 2 finance qualification would be advantageous.
