15 hours per week, term time + 5 training days

Pattern of working hours to be negotiated (flexible)

Grade 3CS pts. 8-12

Actual Salary £8,796pa to £9,408 pa 

FTE Salary £24,702pa to £26,421 pa (pro rata to hours and weeks worked)



This vacancy will add capacity to our established finance department as we continue to grow. We are looking for a conscientious team player who has a good general education, works accurately and learns quickly.


We need someone who:                                                   

  •            Has GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths grades A* - C/4 - 9.
  •            Has experience of general administrative work including using Microsoft software.
  •            Is accurate with attention to detail.
  •            Is able to work in a busy environment with varying demands and deadlines, sometimes working under pressure.
  •            Is trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
  •            Is willing to learn new skills and undertake training.
  •            Can fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English.


The role is based at Greys Education Centre, Manor Road, Kempston.
