What skills and experience we're looking for

Join our Finance Team and play a key role in keeping our school running smoothly. This role combines finance administration with responsibility for managing our busy facility hire service.

What you’ll do:

  • Process purchase requisitions, invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support month‑end tasks
  • Manage Arbor Pay items, reports and parent queries
  • Lead on facility hire (lettings): enquiries, bookings, contracts and payments
  • Liaise with hirers, site staff and managers to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff, parents and external user

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Finance admin experience and confident IT skills
  • Great communication and customer service
  • Ability to work to deadlines and as part of a team

We will consider applicants with minimal experience for an apprenticeship role.
