- Has strong financial knowledge and ideally has experience working in a school setting
- Is enthusiastic, friendly and committed to improving children’s life chances through education
- Is highly organised, conscientious and able to manage a busy workload
- Is able to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
- Has a “can do” attitude and is willing to get involved in the full life of the school
