Finance Officer - iPad Administrator job summary
Term-time, training days, plus an additional 2 weeks. Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week.
We are seeking an organised and motivated Finance Officer - iPad Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day administration of our school’s iPad Schemes. Reporting to the Senior Finance Officer, you will play an essential role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating scheme processes, and providing a professional point of contact for parents, students and staff.
This is a varied position within a busy office, requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively. You will work closely with colleagues across the school and with external partners to ensure the efficient operation of the scheme, support financial processes, and contribute to ongoing improvements.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a committed team and to support a key element of the school’s digital learning provision.

To be a good fit for this role, you will be someone who:
- has strong administration experience within an office environment
- has solid ICT knowledge
- has high levels of numeracy and literacy skill
- can communicate effectively with parents, young people and staff at all levels
