Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week), Term Time (40 weeks worked during term times but paid for 46 weeks per year)
Our Lady Immaculate Catholic Academies Trust is a large Catholic Multi Academy Trust situated in the northern half of the Catholic Diocese of Northampton. The Trust leads and manages ten Catholic primary schools located across the geographical area of Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire and, two Catholic secondary schools, Thomas Becket in Northampton and St Thomas More, Bedford.
The Trust is seeking an experienced Finance Officer as part of a central finance team of 3 Finance Officers each supporting a Regional Finance Manager; this role will support 4 of our Primary schools located in Kettering and Corby.
The role will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of the financial and accounting services for the schools in compliance with agreed regulations and procedures.
You will be experienced of working with excel, financial management systems and administrating high volume budget and financial processes in a large, complex organisation.
You should thrive working part of a team, have pride in your own work with high standards and be keen to obtain the best learning environment for our pupils with limited resources. The role will involve travel between school sites in Kettering and Corby on a regular basis and the Trust offices either in Northampton or Bedford; the role will be based at one of the Trust offices in Northampton or Bedford depending on the vicinity of the successful applicant’s home location.
