Staff across the schools meet regularly to share good practice and learn from each other. We are also able to support staff who wish to develop and move higher in their chosen careers, in the past couple of years we have supported a TA to become a Teacher through the Graduate apprenticeship scheme, supported 5 members of our teaching team to complete National Professional Qualifications, trained 2 Higher Level Teaching Assistants and 2 Emotional Literacy Support Assistants.
