We are seeking an inspiring, compassionate, and ambitious professional to join the Pastoral team as a Fixed Term Isolation Room (FTI) Supervisor. This is a key role for someone who is committed to making a meaningful difference to young people’s lives by supporting high standards of behaviour, student wellbeing, and personal development. Working closely with the Senior Leader, Pastoral Leaders and Pastoral Support Officers. The successful candidate will help to create an inclusive, nurturing environment where every student feels safe, supported, and empowered to succeed.
The role will include:
Managing and supervising the Fixed Term Isolation Room (FTI) at Icknield High School, ensuring a calm, structured and purposeful environment where students complete their learning and reflect upon their behaviour.
The post holder will support the school’s behaviour systems, pastoral provision, and safeguarding responsibilities, contributing to improved outcomes for students and maintaining high expectations across the school.
