FIXED TERM - MATERNITY COVER -ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED – SEPTEMBER 2024

Passmores Academy are looking for an Administrator to join our busy school data and attendance department dealing with school-based systems and the production and analysis of information to school staff, parent/carer and students.
You will be highly IT literate, particularly in MS Office (Word and Excel) and the use of database packages. An impeccable attention to detail and confidence with numbers are crucial for this role. You will also enjoy working with information and presenting it in a clear and concise way.
You will have experience of prioritising work when working to tight deadlines, office duties, administration and working as part of the team.
18 hours per week (Mon-Fri – Flexible working over 3/4 days)
39 working weeks per year (Term time plus Inset days) /44.7 paid weeks
Salary: Scale 3, Point 5 £10,088.47 pro rata per annum (including fringe allowance)
