Kendrick School is a high achieving selective school for girls aged 11 to 18 with students who are engaging, cooperative and eager to learn.

Food is taught at KS3 and GCSE and is part of a broad and balanced education offered at Kendrick School.

Required as soon as possible, an enthusiastic and willing Food Technician. A knowledge of cooking would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given to the successful applicant.

Applicants must be able to work flexibly, Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 3.30pm, and the successful candidate will work with the Head of Department to devise a timetable to cover the role across the whole week.

The successful candidate will support both staff and students in a range of activities including preparation of materials and equipment as well as demonstrations.

They will be responsible for ensuring that the classrooms and equipment are kept clean and tidy and that all health and safety regulations are followed. Working hours to be discussed at interview.

Applicants must have excellent practical and organisational skills, have good IT knowledge, be a good communicator and work well alongside students and staff.
