What you’ll do:
Lead and develop a high-performing football academy, ages 16-18 boys and girls
Nurture young players aged 11-16
Plan, deliver, and innovate coaching sessions that challenge and inspire
Mentor students to develop skills, teamwork, discipline, and confidence both on and off the pitch
Organise fixtures, tournaments, and events to showcase academy talent
Recruit students to the programme
Collaborate with school staff to support student progress academically and personally
Drive the football academy’s growth and reputation within the local community and beyond.
What we’re looking for:
FA Level 2 Coaching Certificate (or equivalent) – Level 3 preferred
Experience coaching county youth football, school or academy setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop young players
Passion for football, education, and community engagement
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
