Help lead a comprehensive player development programme with clear pathways into coaching, refereeing, analysis, and more. 🏆 Our male sides are now regularly in the top three of their regional leagues and the female team won the Eastern Premier League in the first season. 🏆

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing football academy, ages 16-18 boys and girls

  • Nurture young players aged 11-16

  • Plan, deliver, and innovate coaching sessions that challenge and inspire

  • Mentor students to develop skills, teamwork, discipline, and confidence both on and off the pitch

  • Organise fixtures, tournaments, and events to showcase academy talent

  • Recruit students to the programme

  • Collaborate with school staff to support student progress academically and personally

  • Drive the football academy’s growth and reputation within the local community and beyond.

What we’re looking for:

  • FA Level 2 Coaching Certificate (or equivalent) – Level 3 preferred

  • Experience coaching county youth football, school or academy setting

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop young players

  • Passion for football, education, and community engagement

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
