What skills and experience we're looking for

The South Hams Federation are seeking to appoint an inspirational part time teacher, responsible to deliver Forest School.

The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 Forest School Leader Award and will be responsible for running the Forest School lessons at Loddiswell, Malborough with South Huish and Modbury Primary Schools. The post is a permanent position for a 0.6 FTE equivalent, MPS pay scale.

As a Forest School teacher you will plan and deliver a high level of teaching that will enable our children to explore a range of experiences that will help them to achieve our standards in Relationships, Resilience, Risk Taking, Resourceful and Reflection.

You will provide and support challenging tasks, develop relationships and act as a positive role model for our children. Furthermore, you will ensure that our children’s experiences outdoors continue to enhance their education.
