Foundations for Learning Manager job summary
About you
We are looking to appoint a Foundations for Learning Manager to work across the Trust. The successful applicant will have extensive experience of supporting pupils with emotional/behavioural needs in an educational setting and experience of co-ordinating therapies/interventions in a relevant setting.
The Role
In this role you will oversee Trust-wide behaviour and RPI practices, ensuring consistency, compliance, and support for at-risk pupils in collaboration with the Trust Safeguarding Lead and manage the Foundations for Learning Team to ensure high-quality, consistent and timely delivery of therapeutic services and targeted interventions across all schools in the Trust
