What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors of St Theresa’s Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint an experienced Classroom Teacher to join and contribute to an already existing successful and talented team. Required for the Summer term or sooner.

The right candidate should:

• be someone who is respectful of the school’s Catholic ethos and welcomes working within this
• be dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational
• have high expectations and a commitment to securing progress for all children
• have effective communication skills, be able to provide creative, quality learning opportunities for children, model high standards of behaviour and plan for an engaging and inspiring environment
• be someone who can demonstrate excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
• have knowledge/experience of effective transition from EYFS to Y1
• have experience of subject leadership, driving initiatives and a strong desire to drive school improvement
