Full time SENDCO required job summary
The School require a SENDCO for within our school. They will need to have good interpersonal skills and be committed to raising standards of attainment and achievement for all children.
We are looking for a SENDCo who:
- Has relentlessly high expectations for the learning and behaviour of all children
- Has a good knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and its practical application within and outside the classroom
- Can form excellent relationships with staff, pupils, parents and professionals
- Shows enthusiasm, flexibility and commitment
- Is prepared to work in and with others Trust schools
- Is positive, cheerful and hardworking whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance
