Full time teacher - maternity cover job summary

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced classroom teacher for Lower Key Stage 2 – year 3 and 4. This post is a full time maternity cover– temporary.
The maternity leave will begin at some point after October half term 2019. However we are also wishing to attract newly qualified teachers. Therefore we could be able to offer a minimum of a full year position starting in September 2019 in order that an excellent newly qualified teacher might complete a full induction year with us.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and teaching who understands the importance of educating the whole child and achieving high standards in core subjects within a broad, balanced and enriched curriculum. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their capacity to deliver good and better outcomes for all the children in their care, demonstrating understanding of how adjustments will be needed for those pupils with additional barriers to their learning.
