What skills and experience we're looking for
At Seaford Primary School we are seeking to appoint additional
class teachers who are highly motivated and inspirational.
We would like to appoint up to two full time teachers. ECTs are welcome to apply.
These posts are for a fixed Term Contract September 2025 to July 2026
Main Scale ref point 1 to 6, £31,650 - £43,607
We wish to appoint someone who:
- Has high expectations and good behaviour management skills
- Is a highly skilled, innovative, imaginative, inspiring and creative class teacher
- Is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and has the skills needed to support and embrace school initiatives
- Has a secure knowledge of current educational issues particularly effective teaching, learning and assessment and is committed to continuing professional development
- Is able to build good relationships with children to ensure inclusivity
