Salary: Grade 1 and scale point range 3-4, £12.85 - £13.05, Actual Salary £17,273 - £17,544 (Full time equivalent £24,796 - £25,185)

The Role
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and friendly General Catering Assistant to join our busy kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible difference to the daily lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing salads, sandwiches, and simple cooked dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Operate till systems, manage queues, and provide excellent customer service to pupils and staff.
- Maintain high standards by cleaning equipment, washing crockery, and monitoring food temperatures in line with regulations.
- Help set up the dining hall, clear tables, and support special school events such as parents' evenings and conferences.
