General Kitchen Assistant job summary
St John’s School provides special education for children and young people with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties, aged two to nineteen. We are part of Bedford Inclusive Learning and Training Trust.
We are looking to recruit General Kitchen Assistant who plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the kitchen.
This includes assisting in the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals under the guidance of the Kitchen Manager. The role involves setting up and maintaining the dining area, ensuring food is served efficiently and upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
This role will be 12.5 hours a week, during term time only plus training days.
