GENERAL OFFICE ASSISTANT - 5 DAYS PER WEEK BUT PART TIME CONSIDERED job summary

Working Days - Five days a week but we would consider part time interest as well (please state this preference in your application personal statement)

Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 8.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m. and Friday 8.00 a.m. until 3.30 p.m. - 37 hours per week

Tarporley High School and Sixth Form College is seeking to make the above appointment to the Academy’s General Administration Team. The successful applicant will provide administrative support for the school covering the following areas:

Attendance

First Aid - (please note that applicants will be required to complete First Aid training prior to employment and subject to satisfactory references and DBS check)

Reception/Post/Reprographics

The successful applicant will have excellent administrative and organisation skills, be a team player and have knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of SIMS (Schools Information Management System) would be desirable but not essential as training would be provided. Tarporley High School and Sixth Form College is an Academy School, part of Sandstone Trust, located at the heart of rural Cheshire. We are an 11-18 school with over 1200 students on roll.
