What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors of the school are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to teach across the school. The successful candidate will join a team of outstanding teachers committed to raising standards and providing a broad and balanced curriculum which stretches and challenges our young people.This role will initially be based at ourHepscott Park site, pupils at this site have a complex behaviours and SEMH needs, and you will be delivering tailored educational programs and interventions. There is a focus on a vocational curriculum and outdoor learning at this site.We are looking for someone who understands the needs of our students and is

- able to inspire and motivate our children to achieve the very best outcomes possible
- caring, empathetic and sensitive to our children’s needs
