We are looking to appoint a suitably experienced, enthusiastic and lively teaching assistant. The candidate should have the motivation to develop themselves professionally and collaborate with others. We are looking for someone who will be willing to work 5 days a week.
The successful candidate will have the ability to provide a high-quality learning experience as well as the enthusiasm, creativity and energy to engage and motivate all pupils and will be a team player.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Relevant NVQ level 2 or above (essential)
· Relevant classroom experience
· Good level of applied literacy and numeracy
· Knowledge of EYFS Statutory Framework
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety
· Proactive and innovative approach to challenges and ideas, plus strong problem-solving capabilities.
The Academy is committed to the safeguarding of all children. As such, the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and will also be required to provide references from previous employers.
