What skills and experience we're looking for

We wish to appoint a high-quality graduate who has the necessary skills and attributes to enthuse our highly ambitious students to join our school as a teacher of Geography and inspire our students to become Leaders for Tomorrow. The ability to teach to A level will be an advantage. Geography is a highly successful department at KS3, KS4 and 5. This post would suit an ECT or a more experienced colleague looking to broaden their experience in an all through 4-19 Academy. A TLR may be considered for outstanding candidates.

We can help prepare you for a future leadership position, investing in your development through regular coaching and a wide range of professional development opportunities, such as the NPQML
