What skills and experience we're looking for

Do you want to inspire young people to understand the world around them and their place within it?

The Victory Academy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join our supportive team.

You will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering an ambitious curriculum that develops students’ understanding of both human and physical geography while building curiosity about the rapidly changing world around them. Our curriculum places a strong emphasis on geographical enquiry, fieldwork, cultural awareness and helping students understand their impact on the environment.

We are looking for a strong classroom practitioner with high expectations who can create engaging lessons, challenge students and help every learner achieve their best.
