In this pivotal role, you willimprove the quality of provisionacross schools,promote communication and language development, andpromote and celebrate the value of neurodiversity.By leading evidence-based interventions, enhancing inclusive practices, and supporting professional development for staff, you will ensure students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally at every stage of their education.

What we are looking for

Qualified Teacher Status
NASENCO qualification
Recent and relevant experience of leading improvement across several schools
In-depth knowledge of the key legal frameworks relating to the inclusion
The effective management of people and resources, including use of the school’s notional SEN budget and Top Up Funding and best practice in financial and employment matters
Passion for education, enthusiasm for innovation

Salary:  Up to £70,000 (dependent on experience)
