Governance and Procurement Officer job summary

The role of the Governance & Procurement Officer is to ensure the consistent delivery and continuous improvement of governance and procurement services. As part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, the Governance & Procurement Officer helps ensure the Trust and our schools operate within clear and fair governance by working closely with schools and colleagues to uphold our trust and statutory procedures.

The Governance and Procurement Officer will work with the Governance Team which consists of Head of Governance, Compliance and Policy, Governance & Policy Officer and 3 Clerks to Local Governing Committees. In addition, the Governance and Procurement Officer will work in procurement supporting the Trust Procurement Manager.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
