• Full-time equivalent salary: £26,824- £28,142

• Experience of working in an education setting

• An understanding of Local and MAT Governance

• Excellent communication skills

• A positive attitude, flexibility and adaptability

• An ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

• High expectations of self and others

• An understanding of governance requirements within the Academy Trust Handbook
