What skills and experience we're looking for
Our adopted college motto is ‘Believing is achieving’, which resonates through everything we do at The Hive and it’s at the heart of what we want our students to aspire to. With this in mind, we are looking to recruit two General Assistants to support our wider catering provision across our site.
We are looking for two enthusiastic, individuals who will assist in the continued development of this successful catering operation, whose duties will include: assisting with the preparation and cooking of food, serving students with SEND needs, washing up, kitchen cleaning and general kitchen duties.
Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, however, full training will be given. Candidates must hold or be willing to undertake the Level 2 Food Safety training and any other training commensurate with the post.
