What skills and experience we're looking for
At UCC, we cook all meals on site using fresh, good quality ingredients. Our high expectations regarding meal standards ensure a good uptake from students with 100 main meal covers daily and 600 students served from our kitchens in total each day.
- Ability to prepare and cook food for daily service and designated events;
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations;
- Line manage Catering team in absence of Catering manager.
