Are you looking for a role that will enable you to influence and give direction to the children in your classes? Do you want to work for a Trust that is transforming educational outcomes for students in some of the most deprived areas in the North of England? If so, this could be the role for you.

Your new school

Kingston Park is a single form entry primary school catering for pupils from 3 - 11 years. Situated in a small village, the school is friendly and welcoming and takes pride in its role at the heart of the community. Our children are curious about the world and their place in it and we at Kingston Park endeavour to make their enthusiasm for learning the key driver behind our evolving book-led curriculum model. All our staff are passionate about providing the best education for every child in our community and in achieving our mission: to prepare all our pupils for success in an ever-changing world. We pride ourselves on the high levels of academic standards that our children reach, but also the responsible young citizens they develop into during their time with us.

Why join us?

It is an exciting time to be joining Kingston Park Academy. You will be joining an ambitious, committed, and hardworking team who are passionate about the difference we can make to our young people, staff, families, and the wider community.

Ofsted recently inspected Kingston Park, March 2026, and received grades that met the ‘expected standard’ in all areas of the inspection framework. Kingston Park has developed a culture where staff and pupils are continually learning and are determined to succeed. We value the continuous professional development of all our employees and frequently work collaboratively within the school and have established relationships within the Delta network to share good practice. As a result, Kingston Park has outcomes that consistently exceed the national average at the end of KS2.

If you would like to discuss this role, please contact the academy on 01909 570638.

Staff across the trust are talented and enthusiastic, and all contribute to the trust’s success story.
