What skills and experience we're looking for
Elliott Hudson College are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Head of Alliance. This role is of great importance to our work as a college - the successful applicant will be expected to provide outstanding pastoral leadership to provide the best educational opportunities for our students.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Relevant degree of Level 6 qualification.
- Clear ideas and strategies for raising pupil attainment in Post-16.
- A minimum of two years successful experience of working with a Post-16 provision.
