Head of Apprenticeships job summary

Waterton Academy Trust is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded leader to take forward our growing apprenticeship provision. Rated Outstanding by Ofsted in June 2024, our education-focused programmes are making a tangible difference to learners, schools, and the wider sector.

As Head of Apprenticeships, you’ll lead on strategic growth, business development, and partnership building - working alongside an expert internal team to maintain our high standards of quality and compliance. With scope to shape the future direction of the offer, this is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.
