This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join a successful and growing organisation that is committed to transforming life chances through education, training and skills development.
Working alongside the Director of Professional Learning, you will provide strategic leadership for Priory Apprenticeships, ensuring outstanding quality, compliance and learner outcomes. You will lead the development of our apprenticeship provision, stakeholder engagement and management strategy, quality assurance processes and preparation for external inspection, while also overseeing the Trust's careers strategy through a network of academy leaders.
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
- Significant leadership experience within apprenticeships and/or further/adult education.
- Experience of Ofsted inspection and self-assessment processes.
- Experience of leading teams and driving improvement.
- Strong employer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- A commitment to improving the life chances of young people and adults.
Experience of careers education is welcomed but is not essential. We have a strong network of Careers Leaders, Coordinators and Advisors across our academies and are looking for someone who can bring outstanding strategic leadership to this area.
If you are passionate about skills development, workforce growth and creating transformational opportunities for learners, we would love to hear from you.
