What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher to join and lead a successful and thriving team for September 2024.

All of our teachers are subject specialists and you will be leading a successful team of teachers.

In Years 7 and 8, students study our own KS3 Science course in line with national curriculum requirements. From Year 9 to Year 11, all students study separate sciences, following the AQA GCSE specifications. More than 60% ofstudents are awarded grade 7 - 9 in their science GCSEs. In Years 12 and 13 the OCR syllabus A is followed for Biology. A very large proportion of students continue to study the Sciences at A level with a number continuing each year to study Science at Oxford or Cambridge. Typically there are four A level Biology classes each year.
