Reporting to the Director of Science, the successful applicant will:

• be an outstanding teacher with the ambition and vision to lead a team of motivated and committed teachers who believe there are no limits to what our students can achieve.
• have a proven and verifiable track record of delivering outstanding outcomes at GCSE and A Level who is ready to take the next step in their career.
• be a key member of our Teaching and Learning Group and play a key role in driving up standards across the school.
