What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a Head of Business Studies and ICT who is passionate and will work well within a team who will help us on our journey to provide exceptional provision for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be accountable for the learning and achievement of all students following Business Studies and ICT programmes within the Academy.
- To provide high quality leadership and management for Business Studies and ICT within the Academy
- To develop effective partnership working with other staff to secure high levels of student progress.
- To liaise with the Heads of Business Studies and ICT across Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust to support strategic development, share good practice and plan collaborative activities.

West Bromwich Collegiate Academy is an oversubscribed Secondary School in the Black Country. The Academy opened its doors in September 2019 with 175 students and has continued to grow each year and in our first year of being at full capacity with 805 students.
