Are you an experienced and ambitious teacher and/or leader of Business Studies, looking to work with remarkable students, in an established and Ofsted Outstanding school?

We are looking for a Head of Business Studies, committed to inspiring our students, fostering a culture of curiosity, critical thinking, and academic achievement. The subject is a highly popular choice at both KS4 and KS5, with more than half of Year 9 students choosing Business Studies as one of their options. The subject consistently achieves excellent results at both GCSE and A-level.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to lead a high-achieving department and make a meaningful impact on students' academic growth and personal development.

- An excellent practitioner who will deliver joyful and challenging Business Studies lessons to students of all abilities at GCSE and A level.
- A natural leader, who is confident, compassionate and committed to making a remarkable impact on students and colleagues.
- A role model for outstanding teaching to both colleagues and students and someone who strives continually to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
- Someone with high standards of communication and interpersonal skills, committed to working as part of a team (this role will manage the department and line manage the Economics Lead).
- Someone with the ability to motivate both students and their peers, with a proven track record in achieving excellent student progress.
- A passion for student welfare.
