In addition to curriculum development, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving students' academic performance in Chemistry to meet the targets set by the Academy, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting best practices among the teaching staff.
Ideal applicants will have strong subject knowledge, a passion for inspiring students, and the ability to enhance our Chemistry curriculum—experience with A Level teaching is preferred, but those with GCSE experience eager to expand their skills are also welcomed.
