Southam College is a high performing and oversubscribed 11-18 School set in the heart of Warwickshire close to Coventry, Leamington, Banbury and Leicestershire. In 2014 we were rated as ‘outstanding’ for the second time by Ofsted and in 2019 83% of students achieved Grade 4 and above in English and Maths.

We are excited to offer this fantastic opportunity for an inspirational and ambitious teacher of Computer Science and ICT to join our supportive team as our Head of Department. The successful applicant will be passionate about their subject and have the drive to lead a forward thinking department, focused on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences and a belief in our ‘can do’ culture where anything is possible. You will be a talented teacher, with excellent subject knowledge and be well informed on current educational developments and initiatives, working in an outstanding department.
