A great opportunity to lead and develop a growing and ambitious subject area in a school where academic excellence and strong relationships sit at the heart of everything we do.

If the chance to shape the direction of Computing, inspire students in a rapidly evolving subject and work alongside a team of committed and knowledgeable colleagues sounds appealing, then Lift Greensward might be the place for you.

Rated "Good" by Ofsted in November 2023, the report recognised our ambitious and carefully sequenced curriculum which builds knowledge and vocabulary over time. Our large and vibrant sixth form has been ranked amongst the highest performing nationally for almost a decade. Greensward is unapologetically ambitious for its students and staff, placing learning and character development at the centre of everything we do.

We are looking to appoint a Head of Computing to lead and develop the subject across the school. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a curriculum that equips students with the knowledge and skills they need in an increasingly digital world. The successful candidate will drive high standards of teaching and learning, lead curriculum development and support the growth of both students and staff within the department.

* Can design and deliver a rigorous, engaging and future focused curriculum
* Have uncompromising expectations for behaviour and academic standards
* Are committed to raising attainment and closing gaps for all students

* An open and inclusive culture led by a dynamic principal and senior team
* A highly supportive Lift Schools network with cross-school collaboration
* Opportunities to develop leadership and progress your career
