Lead and inspire staff through coaching, CPD, and performance management
Design and refine curriculum and schemes of learning across all key stages
Model exceptional classroom practice and support colleagues to do the same

Oversee practical work, health & safety, and examination processes with precision
Champion behaviour excellence and a culture of high expectations
Teach engaging, challenging lessons that spark creativity and deepen understanding
